iBLASTTRACK is a live inventory control system for monitoring stock across silos, transfer pumps, and delivery vehicles. It tracks real-time inventory levels and manages product distribution to authorized personnel via transfer pumps and silo installations. Pump safety inputs ensure the safe handling and quality of product from storage silos through tanker networks to the blast hole.
The system’s instrumentation enables live monitoring of tank levels, mass flow, vehicle location, product condition, stock rotation, and operator behavior. Remotely accessible trip and warning settings, combined with RFID access control, help manage product distribution while maintaining safe pump operation. Geofencing and distribution management settings restrict pump operation to predefined locations, authorized personnel, and designated times, ensuring efficient and secure handling of explosives.

iBLASTTRACK BT3 Control System is a purpose-built pump truck control system designed for both surface and underground loading operations. It enables real-time monitoring of product quality, safety conditions, and blasting information, providing direct feedback and online reporting to web and mobile devices. This reduces equipment downtime and increases fleet availability.
The system features customizable user interfaces with integrated remote control functionality, including rugged HMI tablet remotes and RF button remotes with programmable loading functions. Designed for full transparency throughout the loading cycle, iBLASTTRACK securely connects to the cloud to deliver loading and inventory reports, quality control data, and operator performance metrics directly to web and mobile platforms.
