Underground Emulsions

Treasures of the World’s underground loading systems are engineered to enhance quality and consistency in challenging underground loading operations. With low energy requirements, improved safety, and the flexibility to power pumps using battery or compressed air, our systems are well suited for hard-to-reach environments such as narrow-vein mining and shaft sinking. Development loading systems support the simultaneous operation of up to four parallel emulsion pump lines for high-speed development, while production loading systems are capable of pumping blast holes up to 60 meters in length.

iCHARGER

  • PRODUCTIVITY, LIVE MONITORING & REPORTING

  • The iCHARGER loading system was designed to offer the advantages of emulsion explosives to confined & inaccessible mining areas. The pneumatic, three component pumping system delivers emulsion, additive solution and hose lubrication to the delivery lance to sensitize bulk gassed formulations during the loading cycle.

  • Equipped with an electronic control & reporting system, the iCHARGER can be adjusted to deliver a precise mass of explosives during loading operations. During loading the controllers monitors loading practices & pump safety conditions, providing feedback to operators during loading.
